The Hilltop Senior Living project in Eagle Bend was just denied. This would take a structurally sound school and turning it in to Senior Citizen living space with service for seniors and the community. We need to create more living space in rural MN.

We have many historic sites in MN08 and they are worth restoration investments. We are currently restoring the Duluth Armory and have recently restored the Duluth Old Central High School. The Hibbing High School Auditorium was also recently restored.
